Club Mahindra Puducherry, Purnankuppam

Our stay at the resort was mixed, with plenty of activities for the family and a beautiful beach area. The rooms were quite disappointing, lacking maintenance and comfort. The food was average, and the service could be slow at times, but the property itself has a lot to offer in terms of recreational activities and amenities for kids.

My stay at the resort was truly a nature lover's paradise. The rooms were spacious and offered a pleasant view of the surrounding forest. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, especially in catering to specific dietary needs. While the dining options were good, they could be slightly improved for variety. Overall, a delightful experience for families, though the road leading to the resort could be better maintained.

The resort has a fantastic ambiance with a lovely beach and great activities, making it a perfect getaway. However, the service could use improvement as there were times I found it difficult to reach out for assistance, and I was disappointed with the room service cutlery. The food, however, remains a highlight of my stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the variety of activities available for families is impressive, and the resort boasts a clean private beach that is lovely for relaxation. However, the rooms leave much to be desired, with maintenance issues and cramped bathrooms. The dining options are limited, especially if you prefer exploring outside the resort, but the poolside service does offer some conveniences, like beer. Overall, this place is good for activities, but the accommodations did not meet my expectations.
